Job Description

Position Role and Responsibilities - The successful candidate will work as 2nd and 3rd line support for Windows 10 migrations and Business Unit applications taking calls and addressing Incidents . The selected candidate will also interview end users to understand their Windows 10 application requirements, assist the Migration Project Managers in the preparation and scheduling of users and data for each migration, handle technical Win10 migration escalations as required, become confident in the use of migration tools and processes, contribute to Win10 knowledge base and migration procedures, and adhere to existing migration approach providing feedback on this as appropriate. Key Skills -Experience with Windows 10 and Office 2016 support, O365v -Excellent Excel skills, Confident manner and a Customer Focused attitude -Strong problem solving skills -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Experience with previous Windows migration projects in a similar environment, good understanding of various technologies including but not limited to Windows OS, Applications, Permission and Management utilities
