As a leader within our Global Workforce Strategy & Intelligence team, this position plays a key role in driving transformation and innovation in our HRtechnologies. As the Director of HRIS, you will lead a team of innovative and passionate technical analysts to architect and implement global systems, configurations and enhance capabilities across all MDF modules to create an optimized experience for end users, leaders and HR COEs.Responsibilities:* Develop the strategy and HR technology roadmap for digital transformation to address gaps, maximize product capabilities, harness the power of data and integration with internal systems, vendors and third-party affiliates.* Create short and long-term goals and objectives for system design, operations, data privacy, processes, data flows, security, report management, and analytics.* Collaboration and engage with various stakeholders including Product, Services, Hosting & Infrastructure,* business leaders and Human Resource to understand needs and implement solutions that address business requirements and result in a best in class HCM user experience.* Proactively identify and develop strategy and recommendations for operational excellence and process improvements that eliminate inefficiencies, drive automation, ensure integrity of data and supports business needs.* Foster a culture of continuous improvement that delivers scalable, compliant and repeatable global business processes to support Ceridian's 10X goals.* Lead an effective HRIS team and to provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, escalation management, system configuration, report SQL writing, technical testing, and management of activity related to MyDayforce globally.* Provide coaching and training to HRIS Analysts and ensure that exemplary customer service is delivered to all.* Maintain strict adherence to regulatory compliance, data privacy and SOX audit requirements.* Ensure Ceridian's governance model is being followed and proper security administration, configuration and system processes are in place and appropriately maintained to comply with internal and external audit standards and safeguard data integrity.* Manage configuration and system change management projects across all MDF modules.* Develop efficiency strategies and MDF enablement solutions and tools to support the training and* adoption of MyDayforce and drive Employee and Manager Self Service.* Monitor, track and report on reoccurring issues, system/data or process gaps and proactively identify* potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements.* Develop SOPs, user procedures and reference guides as needed.Qualifications:* 8+ years of multi-entity or global HCM/HRIS experience in designing, configuring implementing or administering Dayforce.* 8+ years in a leadership role driving a high performing team and culture of accountability through clear* expectations, priority setting, frequent touchpoints and feedback.* High level of integrity, acutely attentive to detail and a strong bias for action with a demonstrated track record of deploying and implementing HR technology solutions that enable successful attainment of business objectives* and goals.* Skilled at building cross-functional and multi-level relationships through strong communication and influence.* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with documented business process mapping.* Ability to adapt to a continually changing business needs, manage multiple priorities and persists* in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks.* Proficiency with Crystal Reports, SQL, and/or PowerBI.Ceridian combines the excitement of a startup environment, with the growth opportunities of a large organization.
