With over 125 consecutive quarters of growth and Service 1st culture, Raymond James Financial aims to be the premier alternative to Wall Street.About the role:Raymond James Information Security is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the IAM Engineering team within the Identity and Access Management group. This is a critical, high-visibility, leadership role, leading a team of security engineers owning platforms and applications critical to the IAM program. The Senior Manager will help set the strategic direction for the identity and access management teams and programs. This manager develops the strategy and is responsible for implementation of the Identity and Access Management product roadmap with goals of risk reduction, business enablement, operational efficiencies, cost reduction, and security and compliance.Responsibilities:* Leads the engineering team ensuring the highest levels of system availability and stability.* Manages team changes, incidents, and outages to minimize impact to IAM services.* Aligns team priorities and goals with regulatory, corporate, and system engineering priorities.* Identifies, develops, and deploys opportunities for system improvements.* Responsible for all IAM product licensing and subscriptions ensuring appropriate coverage with a focus on cost containment.* Enhance and automate IAM processes and procedures as identified by IAM Operations team.* Acts as intermediary and facilitator to help resolve ongoing and/or complex issues.* Lead identification and implementation of next generation IAM services and technologies leveraging industry standard technologies and best practices.Experience and Skills:* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related degree and ten (10) years of related experience including leadership and management experience or a combination of training, education and experience.* Experience in IAM systems engineering supporting highly resilient IAM services.* Experience leading a teams of engineers, vendor management, and third-parties to deliver complex interoperable systems.* Knowledge of IAM and risk management best practices.* Experience in project management, enterprise implementation, strategic planning, business acumen and change management.* Experience with the one or more of the following technologies is desired. SailPoint IIQ, RSA SecureID, RSA Adaptive Authentication, CyberArk, Active Directory, Splunk, Venafi / AppViewX, InfoBlox, and Ping / Okta.* Financial services industry experiences a plus.Licenses/Certifications:* Series 99 and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Certification, or ability to obtain within 120 days (as required by FINRA), may be required depending on assigned functional area.* Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Systems Auditor (CISA) preferred.o In absence of certifications, Sr. Manager must commit to obtain CISSP within 18 months.Competencies and Behaviors:Lead the TeamCreates/maintains a competitive organization by attracting, developing and retaining talent to ensure people with the right skills & motivations are in the right place at the right time to meet business needs.* Builds a cohesive team, and develops structure & direction to meet or exceed customer needs.* Leverages systems & processes to attract, develop & retain talented individuals.* Provides feedback, empowerment and coaching to help others excel in current and future job responsibilities.* Creates a trusting work environment where people can realize their full potential.Enhance Client ExperienceBuilds and maintains strong internal and external relationships.
