Responsibilities:
Partner with Product Marketing, SuiteSuccess, Product Development, Operations, Sales Leadership and Executive Management to align on the strategy and vision for NetSuite products Develop strategy for pricing processes and formalize GTM for future pricing efforts Develop tools and capabilities for evaluating new market opportunities (e.g., surveys and qualitative research, competitive research and rapid market testing tools) Develop a system for monitoring the impact of past pricing changes and promotions as well as the overall financial health of our products and markets Oversee Pricing Tool development and maintenance Manage and prioritize pricing and promotion requests Present pricing proposals to internal leadership and Oracle Pricing for approval Lead a team of 2 to 4 analystsKey Qualifications/Skills:
8-10+ years of experience in finance, analytics, sales ops or other related fields 1+ years in management / and or team lead role Bachelor's degree in an analytical or business-related field or equivalent experience Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities Proven problem solving, project management skills, and exceptional organizational skills Passionate about understanding the business and building scalable, repeatable analytics High level of proficiency in Excel Comfort with large amounts of data; being able to source and interpret large data sets Experience using NetSuite and DOMO or another BI software is a plus
