You drive strategy and development and your technical expertise will help our platform deliver the look, feel and function that redefines the way the world communicates.As the Group Product Manager, RingCentral Video - Back-end API's, you will be responsible for delivering major new features of RingCentral Video web/ desktop roadmap and it's strategic partner offerings. You will be responsible for delivering a delightful and seamless user experience while having a keen understanding of the back-end service for RingCentral Video. You will work side-by-side with a dedicated engineering team, designers, user researchers, marketers and sales reps to build and deliver products that people and companies love. We are looking for someone strong understanding of video conferencing and collaboration software products and usability best practices. You are intensely curious about user and customer behavior. You understand that great products balance simplicity and robust features to solve real world problems. You also enjoy tapping the left side of the brain and quantifying your decisions by analyzing data and setting up proper measurement and reporting for each feature launched.Must-Have:* Strong Understanding of video conferencing and collaboration products and usability best practices* Competitive analysis* Understand and prioritize customer needs* Understand unique sign-up and billing integration requirements to support partnerships* Communicate and educate partners about RingCentral features, and roadmap* Define features from concept to detailed requirements* Communicate both strategic vision and tactical plans to key stakeholders* Collaborate with engineering team to deliver features in partner segment* Able to communicate effectively with engineering technically and translate business requirements into solution specifications.* Work with a cross-functional teams on go-to-market approach and communication on new releases* Track and measure the success of each product/feature launchedQualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field* 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or consumer software delivered via cloud* Experience in video conferencing or collaboration software products* Experience with browser apps, windows, mac desktop apps* Experience creating mockups and wireframes.* Knowledge of UX / UI design patterns Strong technical background and work experience in backend and server side technologies, video conferencing media stack and API best practices.* Experience in video conferencing or collaboration software productsNice-to-Have:* Wicked smart and have a strong bias for action and results* Masters Degree in Computer Science or related technical field* Highly empathetic with users, customers, and co-workers* Positive, team-focused attitude toward software development* User-focused thinker with ability to translate user feedback and usage data into requirements* Excellent written and presentation skills* Capable of taking complex issues and making them simple for customers and partners to understand* Experience with 3rd party software integrations / platformsBenefits and Amenities:* Centrally located in Belmont, CA (close to highways 101, 280, and 92)* Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision* Flexible PTO* 401K match and ESPP* Complimentary organic breakfast and lunch daily, and fully stocked break rooms* On-site gym with free yoga and boot-camp classesAbout RingCentralRingCentral is the worldwide leader in cloud-based communications.
