Essential Duties:
Provide Level 2 hands-on/remote technical and administrative support for the Oxford and remote user base. Provide support for, or assist other infrastructure groups with: End user and server hardwareSoftware installation and troubleshootingMobile devices (phones, tablets, scanners etc)Unified Communications (VoIP, Audio, Web & Video Conferencing) Image, deploy, repair or upgrade laptops/desktops as needed Assist with granting access within Exchange, Active Directory and SAP. Assist with end user training as needed. Respond to/resolve incidents, in line with the departmental KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Coordinate/manage vendors as needed Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex issues Attend regular status meetings Understand, and ensure adherence to, Revlons defined technology standards and procedures including Incident Management, Security, Change Management, Asset Management and ProcurementRequired
