This role will collaborate with various departments and team members to enhance existing processes, and provide support to resolve complex tasks/requirements. The Sr. HRIS Analyst is also responsible for participating in any development activities, including system upgrades and the implementation of additional applications and functionality. This individual must be passionate about technology, automation, efficiency and working in an agile environment.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* Provide cross-functional support for the Human Resources systems including but not limited to, the core HCM, Benefits, Time and Attendance Tracking, Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, Talent and Learning; including managing various integrations and file feeds.* Translate various departmental business needs into technical specifications, participating in systems requirements/definition, testing, training, implementation, and supporting unexpected issues or process flaws that require research and resolution.* Implement and maintain security configuration and compliance.* Develop and deliver complex custom reports, dashboards and analytics to help drive business decisions; lead training on reporting and analytic methodologies, tools and processes.* Leverage deep systems knowledge to identify interdependencies and clearly communicate the business process, technical implications and benefits/risks to stakeholders.* Ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS.* Partner with various departments to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities.* Subject matter expert to drive projects and identify additional opportunities for technology enablement across all HR Processes.* Prepare end-user documentation or training materials, as needed.* Recommend, develop, schedule and facilitate training and development courses.* Integrate systems and processes as a part of M&A activities.QUALIFICATIONS:* Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the human resources and/or HR information systems field* BS/BA in computer science, human resources, or relevant field* Proficiency with a variety of desktop and internet applications including MS Office, Kronos, Ceridian Dayforce, or other HR software (i.e. UltiPro, ADP, or other time and attendance systems).* Experience with mobile devices and software* Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems* Experience with implementation of HR software systems (HCM, ATS, Benefits, Payroll, etc.)* Outstanding communication skills and abilities* Experience supporting acquisitions and divestitures would be a plus* Excellent project management and interpersonal skills* Ability to foresee possible issues and troubleshoot them proactively* Work self-sufficiently on projects, complex troubleshooting and problem solvingThis job description is intended to outline those functions typically performed by individuals assigned to this classification.
