Purpose of JobWe are currently seeking a talented Director, Credit Card Product Management for one of the following locations: San Antonio Home Office II/III, Plano Legacy, Tampa Campus, Phoenix Campus, Colorado Springs Campus or 100% Remote Work Environment.As part of the Retail Bank organization, the Credit Card Experiences team manages a sizeable portfolio of credit cards and manages our products, originations, servicing, and marketing. This role will lead a team that will lead a team of product managers to define and manage our USAA Rewards Credit Cards, payment relief programs, pre-commissioned officer offers and program, all card ancillary benefits and programs.The leader will define and deliver compelling value propositions to engage our members. Working across the organization, the role will work with Card, Bank, and affiliate teams to help drive outcomes that deliver on our NPS goals as well as sound economics for the Bank.
