We're developing the next generation of financial leaders who want to dramatically change the healthcare industry for the future. The Change Healthcare Accelerated Development Program: Finance Track, is a two-year program that includes challenging rotational assignments and leadership development through participation in formal and informal learning opportunities, as well as mentoring and coaching with some of the best in the industry.
Each rotational assignment is 6 months in length and will provide exposure to a variety of functional areas within the Finance organization. Rotational assignments will focus on developing well-rounded Finance Talent by exposure to multiple areas of a finance organization, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Internal Audit, and more.
With data and transactions from more than 2,400 payers and 1,000,000 providers, Change Healthcare is uniquely positioned to impact US Healthcare. In this unique role, you will work with some of the brightest minds in the industry, and you'll get an opportunity to work on some of the most challenging business problems in healthcare at a scale that few companies can match.
