HRIS Analyst II
Location: This position can be located at Any Anthem office or can be remote.
Responsible for serving as the liaison between the HR functional area and IT in translating complex business needs into application technology solutions. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains HRIS solutions to address complex and varied business process needs.
Develops or collaborates with Development staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues.
Lead projects which impacts data maintenance on HRIS applications.
Partners with HR and IT staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing
Conducts system integration testing
Supports user acceptance testing
Project manage system defects and enhancements
Assists the business with operational readiness activities for system change releases (i.e. - maintenance, upgrades, etc.).
Advises HR Business Partners on design and utilization of information systems.
Requires a BA/BS; 8-10 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Requires expertise in the ServiceNow platform specifically HR Case Management.
3 + years of business analysis experience
Highly analytical mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience in project management and business consulting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative and virtual environment.
