Clinical Research CoordinatorThe CompanyOur client is a Medical Device company with offices in California. They're seeking to bring on a (regional) Clinical Research Coordinator to support their ongoing clinical trials at a site in Nashville, TN.Their technology is a medical device focused on the treatment of chronic pain in a variety of applications, including post-amputation pain, chronic post-surgical pain, and chronic migraine.The RoleWorking within the clinical team, this individual will be responsible for supporting enrollment into their clinical program. The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Discussing study with patients and verify inform consent documentationProviding patient with written communication of their participation (i.e. copy of signed informed consent)Meeting with patient for each visit and complete study source documentation worksheets for the PIEntering data into an electronic database systemAdhering to GCP guidelines and study protocol requirementsScheduling patient for all study visits and procedures within guidelines/timeframes specified in the protocolCompleting and maintaining the regulatory binderReviewing CRFs against the patient's medical record for completeness and accuracyProviding copies of hospital source document for serious adverse events, etc. to the SponsorAdministering questionnaire and eDiary per protocolThis is a contract position that will begin part-time at roughly 20-30 hours/week but will increase in relation to patient enrollment (up to 40 hours/week or more).Your Skills & ExperienceBA, BS in biological science, nursing, or degrees in a related fieldMinimum of 1 years working as a Clinical Research Coordinator or similarExperience consenting and enrolling patients into clinical trials Medical Device experience highly preferredAbout YouYou are highly organized, detail oriented, and have a sense of urgency to complete tasks promptly but accurately.
