We are a fast-growing IT operations company, based in Malta but with several offices and personnel all over the globe.

We have been operating for 15 years and were early adopters of the “remote work” craze, with a majority of our staff working from the comfort of home almost entirely.

To expand our organization and support our international growth, we are looking for a highly driven and motivated Business Development Manager to join our sales team.

The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in executing the company’s expansion strategy and is responsible for developing new business relationships, identifying their unique challenges, and securing new opportunities with clients.


The candidate will work together with the Head of Global Markets, and will be responsible for generating new leads and closing sales, particularly in the North American, European and Asian and LATAM markets.

In particular, the Business Development Manager will be accountable for:

Generating new business deals through research, calling, and emailing.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of target accounts and developing tailored approaches for larger customer.

• Preparing and delivering presentations to clients, effectively articulating the value of the product and fielding questions that pertain to the efficacy and value the software can provide to the target markets.

Requirements/Key Attributes:

• Must have: Sales experience in technology, hospitality, fashion, finance industry or other B2B Application Services

• Hard worker

• Results-driven

• Highly organized (Familiar with project management and task orientation)

• Self-starter

• 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, and/or strategic partnerships

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, graduate degree preferred

• Highly motivated with the ability to work in a face-paced environment

• Communication: Strong verbal and written (Must be able to write proposals)

• Available to start as soon as possible (within April)

• Fluency in English.

• Knowledge of Spanish, Chinese, Portuguese, Italian, German and any other foreign languages will be considered an advantage.
