Function of the role:
The Sales Team Manager in Montreal will be responsible for a team consisting of 6-8 highly motivated Business Development Representatives who serve clients in the US.
The direct reports are temporarily working remotely due to covid and eventually will be office-based with focus on new business development and client strategy.
This is an all-encompassing management role, where you will motivate, train and ensure target performance.
