The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has excellent time management, follow-up and customer facing skills and who always stays one step ahead! To be successful, the candidate must be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the company, including Sales, Product, Marketing, Services, and Finance.– Hiring Manager


Role/Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and reviewing proactive quotes for clients in advance of expiration of current maintenance terms.
  • Working closely with other departments including Sales, Product, Legal and Revenue Accounting.
  • Progressing renewals opportunities through the sale cycle from lead / quote into closed business.
  • Maintenance of data and running reports on CRM - Salesforce.
  • Building a strong relationship with client contacts.
  • Up sell / cross sell into product renewals.


Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Bilingual an asset - Canadian French and English.
  • Self-motivated, high-energy with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • Demonstrates proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Pramata, (Oracle an asset)
  • Basic knowledge of sales and sales processes with an ability to apply policies, practices, and systems.
  • Previous experience within renewals preferred.
