Job Description

Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions is a leader in the recruiting industry with 40 years of success recruiting for clients across Canada and the US. Currently we're actively looking for new team members to join our team.  As a Business Development Specialist you'll be responsible for engaging new prospective customers and educating them on Pivotal's services. 




  • Engage with clients and prospects to understand their hiring needs and educate them on Pivotal and our services
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients & build new client relationships
  • Attend client meetings and relevant networking events
  • Prepare proposals for new & existing clients
  • Negotiate fee agreements
