This position is based out of the Longmont, CO location. Summary: Works with managed IT services vendor to ensure network security, compliance and maintenance of information security. Directs IT functions such as installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting standard PC hardware and software; resolving user and system problems, maintaining data backup, working with electronic banking systems and vendors by performing the following duties: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Works with and is primary liaison to managed IT services and technology vendors to maintain general PC and Network hardware and software including installation of software, operating systems, new equipment and peripherals, printers, scanners, CD ROM drives, hard drives, memory chips, modems, network cards, UPS.Troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, installs and tests computer equipment, peripheral devices and network systems.Sets up new PCs and peripherals, including setting up personnel with desktop or laptop units and work from home configurations.Acts as primary contact with e-mail host, including maintaining, creating and managing user access and email.Periodically reviews and tests backup systems.Acts as liaison for IT related communications including primary contact for managed IT services.Maintains Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Plan including documentation, updating hardware/software lists, updating employee information, revising plans as needed, developing new plans when needed and revising policies.Tracking of PCs and other hardware, ensuring all patches and updates are current.Updates all equipment as necessary or at the end of life and completes installation.Maintains IP addresses.Updates and maintains RNB Web Page and secondary web pages.Acts as Webmaster for rnbonline.com and checking e-mails to Webmaster.Primary contact for internet, mobile and telephone banking with host company including resolving issues in a timely manner.Acts as IT liaison for all IT related audits and regulatory exams.Prepares and conducts IT related training for Board and Bank staff.Maintains knowledge of information security and Anti-Virus/Malware prevention to remediate IT security threats.Periodically reviews IT related policies and makes recommendations to CEO and Board of Directors regarding changes, updates or creation of new policies. Nonessential Duties and Responsibilities: Resets employee passwords on lockout.Periodic department projects.Performs all other duties as assigned. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Technical Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet browsers, Database software and advanced computer knowledge. Certificates and Licenses: A+, N+, Security +, MTA, MSCE, MOS are desired. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
