Install, configure, administer and support externally facing applications used for development & CI pipelines in a secure lab - Gerrit, Gitweb, Jenkins. Manage and audit user accounts. Collaborate with IT to manage proper firewall configurations in order to secure lab environments. Ensure compliance with IT security requirements and guidelines. Install, configure and maintain system monitoring and alerting services for 24x7 monitoring and reporting - Zabbix, PagerDuty. Respond to alerts from the monitoring system. Install, configure, tune and troubleshoot Infiniband and Omni-Path fabrics. Manage backups for all core services and applications. Upgrade operating systems and applications and ensure the latest security patches are applied. Work with development and test teams to determine future hardware requirements. Order hardware and ensure accurate asset/inventory tracking. Rack, cable and datacenter space management. Continually investigate opportunities to reduce overhead, decrease provisioning time and improve test throughput. Above average written and oral communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex data to fit the recipients. Ability to learn new technologies quickly. Education and/or Experience/Skills Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Relevant work experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree, similar to Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) Crediting Combinations of Education and Experience standard. 3-8 Years demonstrated/practical experience of support service of all components of PC/Servers/Networks/Hardware, wireless networking, hardware/software installation, testing, and operations. Strong experience performing basic networking tasks, troubleshoot and work creatively to resolve identified problems. Employee must possess and maintain IA computing environment certifications and access levels in accordance with DoD Directives (DoDD) 8140/8570.01-M.
