Entry Level Sales - Training Provided ARE YOU READY TO JUMPSTART YOUR SALES CAREER?   As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll conduct outbound business to business cold calls to generate high-quality, qualified leads for various sales team members. During each call, you’ll ask questions to learn about their current business situation, evaluate their goals and determine their need for compliance solutions.   Our ideal candidate is competitive, energetic and (most of all) motivated to jumpstart their sales career by leveraging our training to build a strong sales foundation. Foley offers a defined career path on our Corporate team for top performers!   What are the Primary Job Functions? Research prospects and identify stakeholders in order to generate interest and create rapport Educate, qualify, set expectations, and overcome objections to develop new sales opportunities Navigate the lead delivery system to review and manage assigned leads, document activity, and update or submit information, as necessary Follow a prescribed sales outreach cadence for maximum effectiveness Achieve established activity targets for number of outbound calls / hours spent conducting calls to meet or exceed sales lead quotas Adhere to internal policies and procedures in conducting sales calls and coordinating Qualified lead handoff to Sales Team Members Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role Protect company and customer information in accordance with company policies and procedures   What You Need to Be Successful? Ability to be coached A strong interest in building a career in sales An entrepreneurial mindset – you should be eager to advance through clearly defined learning and earning paths A go-getter attitude that displays initiative and persistence Cold calling and sales training is a plus, but not required
