We are only considering local candidates at this time.Primary Responsibilities:Work together with a team of people with diverse skill sets to produce quality applications using Jira Service Desk.Collaborate with customers, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to collect requirements and develop solutions to support the daily needs of a rapidly growing business.Manage and configure Jira workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes.Develop and maintain custom user interface (UI) elements and styling using JavaScript (jQuery) and CSS.Document requirements and solutions, as well as user and support reference guides.Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of issues.Perform other related duties as assigned.Must-Have Skills:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Up to two years of job related experience.Excellent problem solving skills and demonstration of critical thinking.Strong written and verbal communication skills.UI Development, including JavaScript (jQuery) and CSS.Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience customizing workflows, adding post functions, and setting up dashboards, boards, and filters in Jira.Basic SQL and/or JQL query understanding.Basic knowledge and understanding of the software development cycle.Ability to automate and extend base Jira and/or Confluence functionality, including scripting.
