Overview The person selected for this position will be responding to crisis assessments via telehealth technology. Due to this, the position requires the applicant to have use of a personal computer device (desktop computer, laptop, iPad, etc.) with internet access and is able to download telehealth software on device; working knowledge of using video conferencing and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. The applicant also needs to be able to create and email PDF documents from their personal device or have access to a fax machine when on shift. Overview Carries a caseload of 4-5 families. Intensive treatment requires counselor to meet with each family at least three times per week. Develops individualized treatment plans for each case. Ongoing assessments and reviews of treatment progress are performed on a regular basis Documents all sessions within a pre-established cycle time.
