The Western New York market currently has 2 positions available (Relationship Manager and a Territory Manager) selling B2B solutions; The Relationship & Territory Manager   team is the catalyst behind Heartland’s success as an organization. As consultative sales professionals, these outside sales executives are responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in new business from prospects while coaching/mentoring team members to the same success.  They set appointments with business owners to educate about Heartland’s payment processing solution(s). They do this by prospecting through their own networks, building referral parnterships, over the phone and face-to-face. Our entire sales team is compensated for the business they bring in while building residuals and equity across all of their customer base. The compensation is highly leveraged with the opportunity for creating transactional and passive income with the opportunity to advance within the company rather quickly to assume leadership roles.   Role Your role as an outside sales representative is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area. As a Relationship/Territory Manager with Heartland, you will work closely with your local Division Manager to recruit, train and lead other top performing sales professionals. You will continue to set appointments with business owners over the phone, face-to-face, through your network, and via referral partnerships that you build.
